AKM MFG Inc. seeks Project Engineer for work to be conducted in San Juan-Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The responsibilities of the position are: Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned manufacturing equipment or service for electrical projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status to the CTO and COO. Make sure that the assigned project has the correct BOM and make material requisition to the purchasing department. Communicate with Account Managers and provide technical support. The incumbent must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering and 1 year of experience.
